For EeStairs, we developed the complete website, its own management system, interactive stair configurators, the Stairfinder and an internal expense system. Software that helps customers make their wishes concrete and supports employees in their daily work.
A made-to-measure stair calls for tailored guidance. Dimensions, shape, material and finish together determine the design. How do you make those options accessible online and help visitors move from first inspiration to a concrete order?
Behind the scenes, software is also needed to manage the website, projects and internal administration. We did this for EeStairs, a client we have worked with for more than 25 years.
We developed the complete website and a custom environment for managing pages, languages and projects. Project data, photos and characteristics such as material, stair shape and construction come together here. This lets EeStairs manage its international portfolio in a structured way.
Through an interactive map, visitors can also find locations where they can see a 1m2™ in person and request a visit.
With the 1m2™ configurator, among others, customers put together their own stair. They choose dimensions, turning direction, finish and additional options. The design appears in 3D and the price is calculated from their choices. If they have questions, they can ask an EeStairs expert to review the configuration.
Architects can download a BIM model of their configuration for use in construction drawings. Customers can order and pay for their stair online through an integration with Mollie, with several payment methods and the option of a deposit.
With the Stairfinder, visitors search completed projects by stair shape, material and other features. They collect favourite designs in their own moodboard. This turns the portfolio into a tool for exploring and recording wishes.
For internal administration, we developed software that lets employees submit expenses and travel costs, add receipts and link costs to projects. The system brings the claims together in an overview by email and PDF, with amounts and references to the attachments.
The applications support the journey from inspiration and technical detailing to ordering and payment. EeStairs also has custom software for managing the website, the project portfolio and internal expense claims.
Customers can make their wishes concrete. Employees have software that fits the tasks they carry out.
