Sketching the custom kitchen with pencil, right in front of the customer.
The advisor sketches the complete custom kitchen with pencil at the kitchen table. Customers see their kitchen take shape and talk it through right away. That personal sketch is part of Kitchen Studio's way of working.
Processing every sketch by hand took a lot of time.
- 1CONVERSATION AT THE TABLE
- 2SKETCH ON THE FORM
- 3PHOTO IN THE APP
- 4COMPLETE ORDER IN THE APP
- 5APPROVAL & PLACEMENT
The pencil sketch worked well at the table. After the conversation, the heavy part began: transferring wishes and measurements to order processing, quotes and the file. Kitchen Studio now sketches on the AI sketch form and uploads a photo in the app. There, the file, the available product information, a first artist impression and the next steps are prepared. A complete order takes shape in the app. Kitchen Studio gives feedback on it and the customer gets access to that order. After the customer's approval, the order is placed.
Three parts. One continuous way of working.
From 4-6 hours to about 1 hour of preparation per kitchen
- Less manual work
- Fewer handover moments
- More overview of ongoing projects
- More time for personal advice and sales
Human where it matters. Automated where it helps.
This result is tied to Kitchen Studio's process and way of working. It is not a guarantee for a different automation project.
Everything the preparation needs comes together.
This creates not a standalone tool, but software that becomes part of the daily way of working.
