Strategy: from a growth question to a clear direction.

You want to grow, and doing more of the same is not enough. People within your organisation may have different views of the ideal customer. Your offer may no longer fit the market as well as it once did. Or marketing and sales may be falling short without a clear understanding of why.

Connecting the organisation, its customers and its market

We explore what your organisation wants to achieve, what customers need and which market developments matter. We consider your offer, positioning, available information and the way decisions are put into practice. This helps distinguish what is known, what is assumed and what needs further investigation.

From insight to choices

The work focuses on practical questions. Which customers do you want to serve, what do you offer them and how do you want to stand out? Which commercial opportunities deserve attention? What does that require from marketing, technology and the organisation?

We connect the chosen direction to implementation priorities. Where appropriate for the project, we work with a detailed plan for the next 30 days, a direction for 90 days and a longer-term horizon. That planning horizon does not determine the contract term.

Choose the method to suit the question

We can draw on conversations, customer and market information, existing results and support from upMention Intelligence. Systemic work can help explore perspectives, relationships and assumptions. It is one possible approach and not a compulsory step. Our strategy service is broader.
