SEO starts with what your customer is trying to solve

A search query gives an indication of what someone wants to know, compare, or arrange. We investigate which questions fit your offer and whether your website provides a useful answer.

After that, we improve the technology, the content, and the route to a next step. This happens in conjunction, not as separate tasks.

What you can learn from search behaviour

A search query can be a request for information, a comparison between options, or a concrete intention to enquire or purchase. These intentions require different pages and a different tone.

Search behaviour is one source of information, not a complete description of the market. We combine it with customer questions, sales conversations, and usage data from your own website.

Which page a question deserves

Not every keyword variant deserves a new page. We first determine whether existing content needs to be improved, whether pages can be merged, or whether a page is actually missing.

This choice prevents a website full of nearly identical pages competing with each other.

What is investigated technically

We look at indexability, internal links, speed, mobile usage, and risks during a migration. These investigation points are not tied to one specific technology or platform choice.

From visit to a next step

A visitor with questions about application, suitability, limitations, or proof needs different information than someone who already knows what they want. We align the next step with the phase the visitor is in.

How we read results

We make visible which search queries and pages result in relevant traffic and what visitors do next. Where available data allows, we distinguish between brand queries and other relevant queries.

We do not provide a fixed time or position guarantee. A position in search results is not proof of revenue, only an indication of findability.

When SEO is not the first intervention

If the offer is not yet clear, a technical problem blocks a key function, or existing enquiries are not being followed up, SEO will not solve that underlying problem. We investigate this first, instead of immediately concluding that SEO is the solution.

SEO alongside online advertising

SEO and online advertising differ in goal, timing, existing findability, and available resources. We do not write that SEO is always cheaper or more stable, nor that both are always necessary. Which combination fits depends on your situation.

Alignment with AI visibility

For Google's generative search functions, established SEO principles remain relevant, as described in the Google Search Central guidelines. This cannot be simply extended to every other AI system. Read more on AI visibility.

Frequently asked questions

Can we purchase SEO as a standalone service? Yes, SEO can be purchased independently. Must a new website be built? Not necessarily; that depends on what the technical investigation shows. How do we choose which pages are addressed first? Based on the search queries that are closest to your offer and customer journey.
